Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: $5.00 on all orders under $50.00 (before taxes and discounts).
Free Standard Shipping: On orders of $50.00 or more (before taxes and discounts).

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is typically 6–10 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help where we can.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
