Return & Refund Policy

At The Wandering Willow Co., we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Due to the nature of our products, food, treats, and other consumable items cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right through a replacement or refund.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
